FIRE CONTROL RADARS


Family of advanced pulse Doppler radar named Grifo.
Modular, multimode, lightweight system with full Air-to-Air (look up and look down) and Air-to-Surface capability, including state-of-the-art high resolution mapping modes. Installed onboard several aircraft such as F5, Mirage III, F-7 and L159. Over 350 radars have been sold.

SCP-01
is an Airborne Multimode Radar expressly developed by Officine Galileo for lightweight combat aircrafts. It has been selected by Brazilian Air Force to equip the AMX aircraft, a joint development between Italian and Brazilian industries.

EARLY WARNING AND ASV/ASW AIRBORNE RADARS

HEW 784: X-band, digital multimode, pulse Doppler radar for Air-to-Air and Air-to-Surface, 360° surveillance developed for the EH 101 helicopter for the Italian Navy.

APS 784 radar produced with Galileo Avionica Surface Systems for the Italian Navy version of the EH-101 helicopter.

BATTLEFIELD SURVEILLANCE RADARS

CRESO: Pulse Doppler Radar for Battlefield Surveillance and Target Location installed on the AB412 helicopter. This radar is one of the main components of the Italian Army Surveillance and Target Identification Subsystem (SORAO) of the CATRIN System.

SOSTAR-X
: As part of the European joint venture SOSTAR Gmbh, the Company will develop the demonstrator for the new all-weather ground surveillance system SOSTAR (Stand-Off Surveillance and Target Acquisition Radar), a complete system based on an advanced radar with Active Electronically Scanned Array which can be installed on manned and unmanned airborne platforms and which allows detection and tracking of slow moving targets and high resolution imaging of fixed targets as well as target classification.
